Terminates the implementation of Decision No. 241/QD-TTg dated 24 February 2021 on the national urban classification plan for the 2021-2030 period (Article 1) and amends point d, clause 1, Article 2 of Decision No. 891/QD-TTg dated 22 August 2024 (Article 2). Effective nationwide from the date of signing.
